What we collect
When you place an order through a shop's ordering assistant: your name, email, order details (garments, sizes, print choices), the conversation itself, and any artwork files you upload. When a shop requests early access: the contact details submitted in the form.
How it's used
To do the thing you asked: your order and conversation go to the print shop you're ordering from so they can produce and deliver it. We also read conversations in aggregate to make the assistant better. That's it — no advertising, no selling data, no mailing lists you didn't ask for.
Who touches the data
The print shop you order from sees your order and conversation. Under the hood we use a small set of service providers: Railway (hosting and database), Anthropic (the AI that powers the conversation), Stripe (payments — card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers), and Resend (transactional email). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Retention & removal
Orders and conversations are kept so shops can reference their order history. Want something removed? Email us and we'll delete it.
Contact
Questions, removal requests, anything: [email protected]. PressedPilot is in early access — this policy will grow up alongside the product, and material changes will be reflected here.
